How to Place an Order

Click on the product category you wish to view, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout. Or, if you know the name/style number of the product you would like to order online, type it into the search box. If you have any questions or would like to order by phone please call us at 631-240-0360 0360 from Monday-Saturday 10:00am-9:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm EST.

Tracking Status of Your Order

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information will be sent. All of our packages are shipped via UPS, www.ups.com or US Postal Service, www.usps.com and can be tracked online.

Change or Cancel Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, once the order has been processed, we may not be able to change or cancel your order. Please email our Customer Service immediately for further assistance.

We understand the importance of your personal information remaining secure. We have taken several levels of precautions and have security measures in place to protect your information.

Shipping Address Limitations

Currently, shipping is limited only within United States. We cannot ship Internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

Online Purchase Returns & Exchanges

You may return your online purchase either online or at one of our locations. In store purchases cannot be returned online. All items must be in its original condition, with all tags intact, and accompanied by original receipt. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy section for further details.

Out of Stock Items

We strive to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore our inventory is limited. Especially seasonal items, once it has sold out, we may not be able to reorder them, and be removed from our website. If an item you want is no longer on our website, please contact Customer Service. We will do our best to locate the item in one of our stores or find you a comparable piece.

There may be items indicated “currently out of stock”, while awaiting new shipment of our re-order. Please continue to check our website for updated availability information.
