How to Place an Order

Click on the product category you wish to view, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout. Or, if you know the name/style number of the product you would like to order online, type it into the search box. If you have any questions or would like to order by phone please call us at 631-240-0360 0360 from Monday-Saturday 10:00am-9:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm EST.

Tracking Status of Your Order

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information will be sent. All of our packages are shipped via UPS, www.ups.com or US Postal Service, www.usps.com and can be tracked online.

Change or Cancel Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, once the order has been processed, we will not be able to change or cancel your order. Please email our Customer Service immediately for further assistance.

Items on sale seen on our website are marked down only for our website. Stores cannot offer price adjustments for items online nor can we offer online adjustments for sale prices offered at our stores.

Out of Stock Items

We strive to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore our inventory is limited. Especially seasonal items, once it has sold out, we may not be able to reorder them, and be removed from our website. If an item you want is no longer on our website, please contact Customer Service. We will do our best to locate the item in one of our stores or find you a comparable piece.
