Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date in any manner you choose to do so. Be sure to choose a method that you can easily track. Violets Blue is not responsible for any lost packages.

Please email us at info@violetsblue.com with your Order Number, item you are returning/exchanging and reason for return and we will gladly send you a Return Authorization No. which needs to be noted on the outside of your return package. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization No. For all returns we ask that all items are returned in original condition, unworn, tags are intact, and packaging material is present.

We will refund back the original payment method or issue a store credit to you as soon as return is processed, less the original shipping charge. If you need an exchange, we will ship out your new item, with applicable shipping charge.

Returns to Stores:

You are welcome to return or exchange at any Violets Blue locations within 30 days of the ship date. Our sales staff will be more than happy to assist you with your returns and or exchanges.

Please bring all items in original condition, unworn, with tags on and packaging material and a valid photo ID with you when you visit the store. We will refund you (minus shipping) in the same method you paid. To find your nearest Violets Blue store please see our Store Locations.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Returns and exchanges after 30 days will receive a store credit up to 45 days after the ship date.

  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unused and/or unworn, with all tags attached, including “do not remove” tags.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Gift Receipts are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.

  • Sale Items may have restrictions on returns so please refer to your original receipt for exceptions as noted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All final sale items

  • Special Orders and Personalized Items are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Gift cards

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the item upon receipt of the returned item.
